New Collection: Space

I realise this is being published at the same time as my website goes live so this isn't really "news", but I wanted to introduce you to my new (and only) collection of space inspired items rather originally titled "space".

I plan for this collection (and any that follow) to be continuously changing and growing as I get new ideas and inevitably find a new art medium to play around with. 

So what can you expect? (from collections in general)

• Traditional art pieces. I've been having a lot of fun playing around with smaller canvases and wood panels, and I cannot wait to get stuck into some much larger pieces.
• Earrings. So far, earrings are the only jewellery pieces I've been inspired to make, probably because they're the only jewellery pieces I tend to wear. Will I branch out? I honestly couldn't say but never say never. (Don't worry, all jewellery is lead and nickel free)
• Clothing. Playing around with fabric paint has honestly been such a joy and weirdly freeing. It sort of feels like I'm doing something I shouldn't, like I'm defacing these items, and it feels so good! Currently I only have jumpers because I know these jumpers are good and comfy and I trust them, having tried them out extensively for myself. As soon as I find others, you can be sure I'll add them to the collection
• Bookmarks. What I originally decided to start selling, what set off this whole thing. I'm a pretty big reader with a fairly decent collection of bookmarks so, of course, I wanted to make my own. I already have more bookmark ideas waiting in the wings for their time to shine. Just gotta be a little patient for those.

And there is so much more I cannot wait to get stuck into and bring to you all but, unfortunately, I have a very boring other job at the moment bringing in the money to keep this running, so I have to pick and choose what to focus on to make the best use of my free time. So you can expect new things, they'll be arriving very slowly.
